The villa was completed in December 2025. Building started in 2021.
Designed by Abel Guillaume of Summum, the villa reflects a harmonious blend of contemporary design and the unique spirit of St Barth.
The Owner
The owner discovered St Barth during their first visit in 1999 and immediately fell in love with the island's atmosphere, natural beauty, and relaxed elegance.

Villa Sel is a luxury villa in Saint-Barthélemy (St Barths), set on Route de Lurin in the hills above Gustavia. You are just minutes from the harbour of Gustavia, its boutiques and restaurants, and the island's celebrated beaches such as Shell Beach and Gouverneur.
Villa Sel accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms. Bedrooms 1-3 have Queen beds, and the Primary Bedroom has an XL King Size, Emperor bed (200 x 200 cm). Additional guests may be possible upon request.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability.
Yes. Villa Sel features a stunning infinity pool and sweeping ocean views, with expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces designed to capture the natural beauty and climate of St Barths.
Your stay includes daily housekeeping (except Sundays and holidays), evening turndown service, laundry service, gardener visits twice weekly, pool maintenance, and mosquito treatment twice monthly.
Yes, Villa Sel features full wheelchair accessibility including an elevator from the garage to the dining level and a large accessible shower for guests with mobility needs.
